Toowoomba Friendlies Society Dispensary recently experienced a cyber incident involving unlawful unauthorised access to part of our IT environment. As a community-owned, not-for-profit organisation that has proudly served the Toowoomba region for over 128 years, we take the protection of our data very seriously and are working with the relevant government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies in our response.
Through our Pharmacy, Mobility Shop and NDIS unit, we continue to support and enhance health, wellbeing and independence of our members and broader community from local, regional, and remote areas.
We continue to improve our services as a response to changes through medical research, technology advances and patient needs, while keeping the old fashioned customer service, importance of communication and empathy with our customers . This allows us to provide greater support and care for members and community patients, through providing friendly expert advice.
